This past weekend our family spent time with our good friends. They were very influential in our lives when we were living in Florida, and I am am eternally grateful for that… 
It was fun to reconnect with them. Our kids are close in age and thankfully they all got along. We had a bbq, roasted marshmallows, ate cinnamon rolls, ate yummy homemade salsa on Saturday night. Then played Guitar Hero Band, air hockey, basketball, jumped on the tramp, played soccer, ping pong, and ate brownies with mint chip ice cream on Sunday night. IT WAS FUN! 
Today, I need to go to the store for groceries and RUN for ME…I may have been active, but not enough to ‘kill’ those calories for the junk!
