Where have I been? In California for my 20 year reunion! 
We left on Thursday and had a pretty painless drive to see our good friends up near Sacramento. It was great to visit with them and even her parents came by too to give us loves! 
Friday was the reunion. We dropped off and visited for a while with E’s Aunt and Uncle. (They are the only family I dd not get a picture with…sigh.) 
They were sweet enough to take the boys the night of my reunion. From what I was told, they had a blast at the San Jose Giants game. I was also in a bit of a bind cuz my dress I was originally supposed to wear was to casual. Thankfully, E’s Aunt had B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L dress that I could wear. THANK YOU!!!
Saturday, I went to the picnic portion of the reunion and introduced my boys to a couple of good friends from high school. A ton of people could not believe I have a Freshmen.
Sunday, I got lost to my sisters house. (Yes, you read that right…) It took an hour and a half! Thankfully, after we got there…it was like stepping back in time. We had so much fun! We played games, had a yummy dinner, ate WAY too many yummy brownies (okay I did…), and enjoyed visiting with extended family.
Monday, we drove back up towards Sacramento to stay with my girlfriend and her kids. We swam in the pool and then she and I took off to see a movie while C watched all the kids. It was wonderful to have some girl time.
Tuesday we drove home…my average speed was 62 miles an hour. WHY? Majority of the way home it was road construction. No big deal…I had my boys keep me busy.
Thank you: to my sis and parents for helping me with Gator, my niece for watching the animal kingdom and house, my hubby for coming to my reunion and surviving all night (4am) only to fly out to OR early in the morning, my Aunt for letting me borrow that beautiful dress, my niece for the hair, Lala for making me wear make-up, Lor for letting me crash at her place coming in to CA and leaving CA, and everyone else! It was a wonderful trip!!!
